A week of rain made the course a bit slippery in places, although the day itself was nice and sunny - trying to make us forget it was the shortest day of the year. The course had a bit more road in it than usual due to tree felling in one section. Olympic saw grade wins from Jane Nalder (WU18 & WU20) and Lyndon McGaughran (MU18 & MU20). Daniel Robertson was second in the boys & girls U12 & U14 race, and Miles Denton was third in the Boys and Girls U16 race. In the senior men, Mike Wakelin was second, 55 seconds behind James Coubrough of Scottish, with Hayden Prosser another 30 seconds back in third.
Olympic was first in the boys U12/U14 teams, second in the boys U16 and masters women, third in the men U20/U18 and in the senior men teams. Olympic was fourth overall club (Barry Everitt Plate).
