A small but energetic turn-out led to some close results. The clouds and rain parted long enough to see the sun for the duration of the racing. Some frenzied calculations with cold fingers trying out the calculator functions on cellphones finally produced a result, that showed that the team selectors did an excellent job creating a balanced field.
