Olympic had nine members competing at the national cross country champs (most of them masters men!)
Well done to Barry and Kushla who came home with silver individual medals, and Ellen for a bronze team medal for the W16s. (Also Mike Wakelin was first M40-44, fourth overall in the masters men.)
