This year we had an up-and-down course. The junior men, women and M50+ ran a 9km course (480m ascent), the senior men and M35-49 ran a 12km course (750m ascent), and the junior women ran a 4km course (230m ascent).
The conditions were good -- there was light drizzle before the start of the men's race, but it was mainly dry until after the event.
Olympic had eight finishers (plus one DNF) - all in the masters grades. Between them there were five national champs (well done Michelle, Sheryne, Jan, Barry and Butch), with thirteen medals all up!
