This is the standard Black Programme until 4.30. It will then flow into the Olympic medal presentation to Nick Willis, and then into the Christchurch benefit programme.

There are no entry fees, but donations to the Christchurch Appeal are invited, and Salvation Army will be collecting for that purpose.

The following are suggested as possible entrants to start the fields off, but there's more room in all of them. (Sprinters, in particular, are invited to make up 100m fields!)
