This week's pack run/walk is at Colonial Knob. Meet at the Raiha St entrance by the hospital (map of meeting point) at 1:45 for a 2pm start.
You may wish to prepare with a map of the tracks (PDF).

It's back! The most popular 10 000m race in New Zealand. There will be running packs of several different speeds to drag you to your PB. There will be a barbecue. There will be the chance to sit on the bank and cheer for your friends and clubmates. There will be sprinklers.
Just because winter is over distance running and club running doesn't need to end. Let's reclaim the track for distance runners this spring.
This event is open to all club members with a competitive membership.
This week's club pack run/walk leaves from the Newtown Park track – there are plenty of options around the zoo and Mt Albert.
Afterwards, hang around and support our club mates competing in the Wellington 10000m champs on the track.
Make sure you find those elf ears and jingle bells - It's Christmas dress up run time!
Nic (and family) hosting - 18 Ladbrooke Drive, Newlands. Mostly trail-based loop, lots of options, running on Te Ara Paparangi, Seton Nossiter (with waterfall add on option!) and Gilberd Bush reserve. BBQ to finish. Bring something to pop on the BBQ and your Christmas cheer.

Our awesome summer runs take us out to Khandallah Summer Pool (Woodmancote Rd) this week. Meet at the pool at 1:45 ready for a 2pm start.
Ahhh eastbourne - Wellington’s version of a Mediterranean holiday destination!
Meet at the Eastbourne Summer Pool on Marine Parade in Eastbourne. Run to Butterfly Creek, then go for a swim at the pool or beach, and join us for a beer at The Still Room bar.
