Updated 23 Nov 2012.
This meeting is open to registered and non-registered runners and throwers. If you are not registered you will need to fill in a form and be entered in the results database to get a number before you can enter any event. Do this at least one hour before the scheduled time of your first event. Club athletes who have NOT competed on the track this summer also need to complete the registration system.

Enter on the day at the track for all events. Please note the entry closing time is 40 minutes before the scheduled start time for each event. WARNING! Do not turn up at that time and expect to get your entry accepted! The queue might be so big that you will miss out! Turn up and enter early for ALL events except children’s races where you can enter at the line 10 minutes before the start. Children under 12 do not need to pre-register but if you have a Colgate patch please wear it.

The entry fee to take part in this meeting is $10 for an individual OR $10 for all members of a family. Athletes must pay the $10 at the registration desk to get their competition number on their hand. The club bulk funding for entry fees does NOT apply to-night. The profits from this meeting will be donated to The Te Omanga Hospice in Woburn Lower Hutt.
