We invite everyone to come and take part in this relaxed evening meeting. There are events for children, juniors, and seniors of all abilities. If you want to know how fast you can do the mile in this is your big chance. If a mile is not far enough enter the Spiral race over 3408 m. Enter on the day. Please note entry times for the handicap walk, spiral and relay races. Go to www.scottishathletics.org.nz and follow the prompts to get a more detailed programme.
Admission to the ground and all events is free for this meeting, but we are collecting money for the OXFAM India and Pakistan Earthquake Appeal. We request that everyone, competitors and spectators make a cash donation. If everyone contributes something it will make a worthwhile amount.
