Hosted by Olympic Harriers: we need as many of our athletes competing plus parents helping on the barbecue!
Gold programme:
1:50: 5000m track walk
2:00: high jump
2:30: 300m/400m hurdles
2:45: 100m, javelin
3:00: 1500m
3:30: steeplechase (distance of 3000m, 2000m or 1500m), long jump
3:45: 400m
4:00: 200m
4:30: hammer
Entries:
Bulk levy club registered athletes (including Olympic Harriers members): pre-enter for all events online at www.athleticswellington.org.nz by 8pm Thursday prior to the meet at no charge. On the day entries must be made at the meeting office at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event start at a cost of $5 per club registered athletes.
Non-club athletes: $5 for online pre-entry by 8pm Thursday prior to the meet (to be paid on the day of competition) or $10 on the day at least one hour before the scheduled event start time.
One of our traditional summer runs. Run up the Korokoro Stream then decide whether to tackle the trig, head up to Oakley Street or just return.
The post run get together will be at the clubrooms.
Eastern Hills this week with an excursion starting from Steve's place.

Entry fee to take part is a $5 donation for an individual or $10 for a family with all monies donated to Mary Potter Hospice.
Enter online at http://www.sportsground.co.nz/blackandgoldentries/126390 before 5pm Thursday OR 1 hour before the event you are competing in on the day. Children can pre-enter online or on the day as well.
Open to club and non-club members so bring along your friends!
The traditional Christmas run. Bring along a plate of food to eat and wear something festive on the run. Be prepared to dance.
Back at the clubrooms for this week.
There may be a "surprise" in store for those who turn up (hopefully not too many).
Classic location for a classic run (let's hope the weather's great).
