Cross country relay with 2km laps - 6 laps for the mens grades, 4 laps for the womens and kids grades. 1km scratch race for 9 year olds and unders.
Traditional cross country terrain includes grass, gravel tracks, mostly flat to undulating with one sharp uphill and downhill. Log jumps and a water jump.
Walkers: from venue.
Entries: clubs enter on behalf of club members.
