Twilight 5k Series - Race 3, Queens Wharf, Wellington Tuesday, 16 December 2008

The rain was once again good enough to stay away, but it was a little windy tonight. A good group in the 16 min range indicates that it can't have been too strong though.

First runner tonight was Grant McLean making a come back from injury in 16:19 very closely followed by Stephen Day in 16:20. First woman runner was Ellen van Looy in a creditable 23:21, Latisha Tan was second in 23:52.

Michael Walton was our first walker once again in 27:30 followed by Philip Grimmett 32:35 then first and second women walkers Andrea Adams 35:42 and Carol Briesman 35:57.

See you all again after Christmas on 6 January 2009 or Next Tuesday when Scottish Harriers run the last one for the year (should be a good precursor to Christmas!)
