Five club members competed at the Capital Classic, round 3 of the Athletics NZ Grand Prix series and also including the Athletics NZ Senior 3000m champs.
- Sean McCrudden ran his third race in less than a week, a few seconds outside last week's 1500m time
- In the W19 1500m, Susannah Lynch ran about 7 seconds faster than her last 1500m in the Regional Teams competition in Palmerston North in November. This was also Susannah's second race in three days.
- Lauren Orchard ran an identical time to the 400m she ran at the Scottish Night of Miles last month
- Liam Kennedy was just outside his 800m PB set at the Colgate Games earlier in the month
- Jess Kerr took 0.32 seconds off her 800m PB set at the Colgate Games
