A lovely fine, hot and calm afternoon. Just perfect for running laps of a track (or sunbathing outside - depending on your point of view). The heat made the going tough but the athletes certainly appreciated the lack of headwind up the back straight. Dana Hastie, Renee Wein and Caterina Berke tackled the 400m/800m double, Matt Singleton took on the 800m/3000m double, while Mike Waterman, Lyndon McGaughran and Gordon Blacklaws concentrated all their energy on the 3000m. Very good performances by all.
