A few club members chose something a bit longer than the 2km club races. I saw these names:
- Julie Klein ran the marathon
- Tineke, Brigid and Barbara Jennings ran the half marathon
- Mark Anderson, Liz Anderson and Brian Watson in the 10km
- Lucy and Julia in the 5km
