Warm and calm conditions tonight for the last of this 5k series. Many thanks to the sponsors and all those who took part, I think the event has once again been a success. We look forward to your participation again next year starting in November, watch this space.

First Runner tonight was Mathew Bell in a very quick 15:39 leaving the rest of the field in his wake in what was very impressive from my view point. This is also the fastest time for the series and 13 seconds quicker than at his last outing. First woman was Michelle Allison in 18:40.

First Walker was, once again, Michael Lane in a time of 28:30, feeling a little tired after his teams record breaking loop of Lake Taupo in the weekend, but still pretty sharp. First woman walker was Kristeene Parkes in 34:12.
