2016 details:
Online entries close: 5:00pm on Thursday 9 June
For those who haven't already pre-entered, enter online before 5:00pm on Friday 3 June online and you will receive a personalised bib.
Late entries: Available on the day, but there may be delays and you must complete this at least 1 hour before your event.
Collection of race bibs: You can collect your race bib from the race headquarters at Trentham Memorial Park. Make sure you collect it BEFORE you head to the start line. Allow plenty of time.
- If you entered all interclub cross country events and received a personalised bib at the Vosseler, you must use the same bib. Replacement bibs will incur a fee of $10. Contact Jo at Athletics Wellington if you need a replacement bib on jo@athleticswellington.org.nz.
- If you entered all interclub cross country events and received a handwritten race bib at the Vosseler, we will have a personalised bib for you to collect and use at the Dorne Cup, and the Cross Country and Road Champs.
- If you only pre entered the Vosseler and you received a personalised race bib at that event you can use this again, but you must advise Jo at Athletics Wellington either prior to the day via email or at the Dorne Cup (that way you will have the correct race bib number assigned to the correct event).
- Any questions about race bibs feel free to contact Jo at any time on 021 976116 or jo@athleticswellington.org.nz.

It’s also important to note that if you enter the interclub events online but you aren’t financial with your club then you won’t be able to compete. You MUST have paid your club fees and be marked off by your club in the ClubNet/IMG database.
