Steelformers Around the Mountain Race, New Plymouth Saturday, 12 November 2011

Fun/mass participation event open to non-registered competitors

Brendon Keenan just won the 160km Around the Mountain Ultra race. Not only that but he set a new race record of 15hours and 58 minutes beating the previous course record by 18 minutes.

Needless to say he is a happy man! Clearly the sub 3hr Auckland marathon speedwork paid off.

Well done Brendon - maybe time to take a bit of a rest!
