Good Southeasterly wind tonight giving a tail wind to the finish so people managed some good times.

Our winner was Steve Mellsop in 17:26. First woman was Jan Hales in 18:46.

Michael Lane returned to win the walking section in 28:44 with Kristeene Parks leading the women in 35:09
