Official results Fun/mass participation event open to non-registered competitors

It was an overcast evening but conditions were warm and windy with the wind coming in briskly from the north, making the run home a little testing. There were 99 runners and walkers today amongst them being a few participants from the Malaghan Institute who were being videoed as publicity for the Round the Bays run.



There were quite a few new registrations this week, amongst them being the overall winner, Warkina Tujuba, who completed the course in 16min 30sec. Not far behind with a time of 16min 40sec wad Tomas Bridgeman and in third with a new PB of 16min 54sec was Peter Stevens. The first woman home was Zoe Melling, another new entrant in 21min 17sec.



In the walk Terri Grimmett was again fastest in 30min 48sec with Jon Roskvist being the first man home in 31min 09sec.





Thanks to the Olympic Harriers team of Ele, Cathryn, Rob, Graeme, Mike, Murray and Mark for officiating.
