Mike, Fiona & Mark Win at Masterton 18 Oct 2004.
Mike Wakelin continued his good run of Half Marathon performances with a first placing at the Masterton Half Marathon yesterday. His time of 1:14:06 was a little down on recent times but it does have a slight hill at the back.
Fiona Alcock decided not to be out done and took out the Open Womens race in a time of 1:32:56.
Well done you two!!
Warren Matulick placed second in the Masters Men 40-45 age group and was 5th overall.
Mark Anderson placed 1st in the 10k event in a time of 34:39.
Welcome Back Mark!!! he's ready for the track season.
We had 2 other top 10 finishers in the 10k event with Miles Coverdale placing 5th in 44:09 and Mike Binkhorst was 8th in 46:10. Paula Binkhorst was 76th in 1:25:43.
