Matt Singleton

Mike Wakelin and Matt Singleton both placed 5th in their grades at the national mountain running championships this weekend, and have given themselves a good chance of joining the team to the world event later in the year.

But topping both their efforts is Sam Mallard who won his age group (20-24) at the world triathlon championships in Madeira.

Sam's 1st placing has left smiles on the faces of all his supporters especially Pauline who is understandably proud of this great achievement.

Sam has put in a lot of work over recent years and fully deserves this result.
