Two Olympic members travelled to Carterton on Saturday to contest the Open 10k event held at Dalefield
The weather was a treat and the race a scenic one.
Chris Speakman placed second overall (First Masters 40-49) behind Tim Hodge (34:59) of Scottish in a time of 36:08, and Joel Speakman in his first 10k road race placed 7th overall and 2nd under 20 male in a time of 42:26.
