Olympic Harriers a Finalist in Dominion Post Sports Awards 8 May 2015.
Olympic Harriers has been named a finalist in the "Club of the Year" category of the Dominion Post Sports Awards. Other finalists are Kapiti Coast United Football Club, Petone Rowing Club and Wellington Rowing Club.
Over all the categories, athletics has the most finalists it has ever had – a tribute to all involved in our sport at all levels. Huge congratulations to Rama Smith who is a finalist in the volunteer of the year category. Amelia Kerr has also been named a finalist in the emerging athlete category for cricket.
FINALISTS FROM ATHLETICS IN EACH CATEGORY ARE:
Athlete of the Year: Nick Willis
Emerging Athlete of the Year: Phoebe Edwards
Volunteer of the Year: Geoff Henry and Rama Smith
Official of the Year: Jim McIlroy
Club of the Year: Olympic Harrier & Athletic Club

Winners will be announced at an award ceremony at TSB Bank Arena on 4 June.
