NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of the Olympic Harrier Club Inc. for 2011/12 will be held at the Olympic Clubrooms, Alex Moore Park, Bannister Avenue, Johnsonville on Wednesday 21st November 2012 at 7.30pm followed by social event (supper).

1. Apologies
2. Confirmation of the record of the Annual General Meeting held on 2 November 2011
3. Matters arising from the Minutes
4. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report for 2011/2012
5. Presentation and adoption of the Financial Statement for the year ended 30 September 2012
6. Adoption of the Budget for 2012/2013 and annual subscriptions for 2013
7. Election of Office Bearers for the year 2013
8. Remits and notices of motion
9. General business
Please submit any remits or nominations for Office Bearers to the club secretary before 2 November 2012.
Note: the AGM is a chance for members to set their subs and budget for next year and nominate/vote for members of the general committee. All members 16 and over can vote; for members who are under 16 then a parent can vote on their behalf.
