Olympic Harriers coach finalist for ASB Sport Volunteer Awards 20 Sep 2012.

Amanda Goldsmith, Olympic Harriers' Junior Track and Field coach, has been nominated as a finalist for the ASB Sport Volunteer Awards.

Amanda has been coaching our junior members since 2005. She gives up a huge amount of her time and it is hugely appreciated by our club. She travels to the Colgate Games with us each year to help with the warm ups and coaching. She has also been a coach of the Wellington Interprovincial 12/13 year old team for many years – this year Wellington won the Interprovincial title for the first time in its history.

The winners will be announced at the ASB Sport Volunteer Awards breakfast on Tuesday 26 September. We’re very pleased she has been named a finalist - good luck Amanda!
