Kushla Smith breaks G10 1500m record! 19 Mar 2012.
Club member Kushla Smith set a new Wellington record for the 1500m in the 10 year old girls' age group yesterday at day two of the Wellington Junior Athletics Champs at Newtown Park, with a time of 5.19.46.
The previous record was 5.19.70 set in 1982.
