Balance on Swiss Balls

As you are aware several groups of us have been going through sets of 6, 1 hour core strength training sessions with Mark Anderson.

These sessions are proving very effective with some of us who have now been to most of the sets, moving into more challenging exercises we would not have dreamed possible after the first session only months ago.

I encourage everyone to join in these sessions and to include them as part of your running training. They really do work!
