Olympic Win at NZ Masters Champs 6 Mar 2007.
Our very own Rob James won the (M55) 400m at the T & F Masters Championships in Christchurch at the weekend.
He attributes his success to Murray's Tuesday night training and cross country runs which helped provide a solid base for the speedwork sessions later!!
