TempoFit is coming to Wellington 18 Mar 2016.

Want help with your running speed, technique and endurance? TempoFit is starting in Wellington this coming week.

TempoFit is a 6-week programme that has helped 100s of Auckland runners develop their running, in particular their speed and technique.

The first ever Wellington season kicks off the week of 21 March. Book your spot in this programme and take your running to the next level. 

TempoFit is designed for your everyday jogger and sports person. It is team training but also is tailored to the individual where you will be fitness tested and set personalised training paces and targets. So long as you can run 5km non-stop (at any speed) you will fit in perfectly at TempoFit and have plenty of company. 

Locations in Wellington include mornings in Kilbirnie/Hataitai, Khandallah/Ngaio, Tawa, and Lower Hutt; and lunchtime in the central city.
