This year we had six teams: 1 runner doing 1 lap (1.6km), 2 runners doing 2 laps (3.3km), 2 runners doing 3 laps (5.0km) and 1 walker doing 1 lap. A few teams had an extra member; they could run any lap; they didn't count for points but could be used to push other runners down the finish list.
Team points for the 1 lap and walking lap have been scaled, so there is no advantage for finishing 6th out of 6th over someone finishing 12th out of 12.
